A brand new super chunky yarn fun to knit or crochet with and is perfect for almost instant accessories, like scarves, cushions or blankets. The yarn is made from a mix of 80% ethically sourced superfine merino and 20% baby alpaca.
YARN INFORMATION
- 100g skein
- 80% super fine Merino wool and 20% baby Alpaca
- Length: 40 metres
- Needle/Hook size: 15mm - 35 mm,
- Tension: 4-6 stitches to 10cm/4inches.
Mrs Moon Podgy yarn is made from the highest quality Merino and baby Alpaca.
These are special and luxurious fibres and should be treated carefully with delicate hand washing only. Use a specialist hand wash detergent and do not agitate or twist the fibres to retain the gorgeous softness and shape your garment to dry flat.
Shedding may occur due to the roving nature of the yarn (they are a single ply, rather than tightly twisted). The best way to deal with this is to spray garment with water and leave to dry flat, naturally before the first wearing. This sets the fibres and should stop any problems.
All theses yarns come in skeins. Before using you need to wind the skein into a ball.
