DETAILS: In this beginner’s patchwork and quilting workshop, you will learn to make a series of foundational ‘blocks’ that, when sewn together, create a stunning patchwork quilt!
All materials will be provided for you to create your first three blocks, along with guidance for using these blocks to complete the Courtyard Garden quilt – perfect for snuggling into on chilly evenings or gifting to someone special.
As these blocks will be machine pieced, you will need to be confident with using a sewing machine.

TUTOR: Karen has been teaching for nearly 40 years in secondary schools and in Higher Education. She fell in love with sewing as a child and has been designing and creating patchwork quilts for over 10 years.
REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided at each session.
